Please note - All bookings need to be done online through our website, and booking partner Nightsbridge. If Nightsbridge, our online booking platform, shows the cottage as available, then the cottage is available. If the cottage you wish to book is not listed for the dates you want, please understand that the cottage is unfortunately already booked.
Payment Options
We know times are tough and you can’t always afford to pay for you full stay, or even deposit upfront. We also know that sometimes you just have to reserve a cottage for that special occasion and its just the wrong time of the month. That’s why we have introduced Layby’s, which work as follows:
1 - Choose your cottage and dates and book direct online.
2 - Choose your repayment amount and period.
3 - Send POP’s to Julian via WhatsApp.
4 - Arrive and enjoy.

Booking is done through Nightsbridge (which is accessed from Underhill Farm’s website) - click on Availabilities and Bookings at the top of the page.
When booking, select bank transfer as a payment amount, and ignore the request to pay 50%.
WhatsApp Julian with your payment plan so it is on record.
Bookings made with no WhatsApp or payments will be cancelled.
Make your payments as per your budget. It is important to send POP’s to Julian via WhatsApp so there is a record of payments made and the booking is not cancelled.

Payments must be completed in full 14 days prior to arrival unless alternative arrangements are made.
