Sustainable Living at Underhill
Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and Live Eco-Consciously
Underhill Farm is an eco-friendly, pet friendly guest house dedicated to sustainable living by example through upcycling, recycling, and reusing every possible aspect on our property.
Sustainability is more than a concept; it’s a way of life at Underhill Farm. With a deep commitment to the environment, we embark on a journey toward a greener, more sustainable future. The farm itself is a green oasis nestled in the Botrivier Valley between two streams and surrounded by apple and wine farms.
A poplar forest covers the stream banks and ancient oak trees provide shade along the other river bank. There are about 250 olive trees, a fruit orchid as well as a vegetable garden, helping to supply fruit and vegetables to guests and the local community. Everything you see was created with resources made on the farm or built using materials that would have otherwise been thrown away by others. It is our passion to offer an educational space for our guests to learn about the hidden luxury in an eco-friendly lifestyle.
